The most effective

Tools to deal with anxiety

I loved how comfortable I was to speak without feeling like I'd be judged. Every session has been organic and just flowed however it needed to without feeling forced. When suggestions were made or questions were posed to make me think about why I was reacting a certain way, I was never made to feel like my reactions were wrong or unjustified. I was given tools to deal with my anxiety and issues and I saw actual progress.

My anxiety and racing thoughts were easily at a 10 when I started. Now I range between a 3 and a 5 but would probably be even lower if I would make time to schedule additional sessions. I started viewing things differently within my business to take things a little less personal and to make decisions that are best for me instead of everyone else. I've been able to be more present in my day to day life instead of being in a fog with racing thoughts. I'm more likely to get logic to win over anxiety and trauma responses.
