Refund Policy

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

  • No refunds for services rendered.

  • You or I may choose to terminate the coaching relationship at anytime for any reason.

  • In the case that either of us decide to terminate the coaching relationship before you have completed a coaching package, you will be charged pay-as-you-go pricing for services rendered. Any remaining funds you have paid toward your package will be refunded.

  • In the case either of us decide to terminate the coaching relationship and you have purchased monthly bundles, you will be charged pay-as-you-go pricing for services rendered. Any remaining funds you’ve paid toward your bundle after that will be refunded.

  • In the case either of us decide to terminate the coaching relationship and you are paying as you go, you will be refunded 100% for any paid services that have not yet been rendered.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 of your appointment and it is not an emergency, you will not be refunded for that session. If you are working within a package or bundle, this will count as a service rendered to make up for not being able to fill the spot with another client. An emergency is defined as a life threatening or serious illness situation. Scheduling conflicts and moods are not considered emergencies. See the cancellation policy for more information.

MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION

  • No refunds for services rendered.

  • If you do not use your monthly allotment of services, you will lose them. They do not roll over. But, your spot in the limited-availability subscription will be held.

  • If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you can be refunded for that month if no services have been rendered within that month.

  • Resubscribing eligibility is determined by spot availability.
